hey this book seems to hold nice definitions on similarity topic regarding knowledge:
Foundations and Methods
in Combinatorial
and Statistical Data
Analysis and Clustering by Lerman,
in Combinatorial
and Statistical Data
Analysis and Clustering by Lerman,
(quite very helpful very important ways how to model attributes/properties thinking. hmm. and in indexing it defined classification tree. yupp i would also create indexes but hadnt thought this entropy based tree approaches or such statistics based trees approaches yet. hmm. why not:) but the query approach to the SRL tree is one different topic. but indexing them could be done in such tree types. with some big data algorithm updating the tree in real tiome to check where the data is stored. a classification or such tree that is a db index. to reach out easily to cluster of relevant document sets. hmm not super different than i guess other indexing methodologies. but such information theory based approach for deciding even features to do create such index seems a nice thing to do. since thyere is big data frameworks availability. but as told its definitely differnt topic that similarity analysis of SRLs which is a quite differnt side of the problem. but such trees have no fuzzy definition. but the concept vectors might hold different concepts at the same time. so i guess it might not fit to the domain. ok that part of solution is not any designed yet. would think tomorrow those part. more important is not that index but how to represent the semantic data there from SRL trees. that problem i try to investigate with checking things from ontology area if i could find my ontology resource that i remember. so for fuzzy things elastic search like indexing even might be better suited. but maybe with changes not with the default setting of it. anyway, again this is not the core of the problem, core is how to represent semantics from external syntax and its generated SRL. so above resource is very nice in defining constructs for an ontology def and i need to find such areas resource now for since need to revise from scratch/its 101. )
i am trying to find my ontology book which told about ontology topic's basics and details and frameworks. exploring books i bought (that i hadnt had chance to study yet) to
i became ill in afternoon i think i wore a very tight cloth during last day so that i got cold. i were very sleepy in morning either. wishing its not corona:). i drank c vitamin and boiled hot water + dried mint + lemon + honey to drink. lets see if it fixes.
so i came home and slept alot hours. then now studying. yeppp trying to find my ontology area resources that i remember i holded in my drive library but couldnt found yet. maybe it were papers/thesis.
hey some annotation on an amazing resource:
A Probability Path by Sidney I. Resnick
I think this also defines some ontoology constructs to define probability topic to a computer. (for since this guh is interested to build a guh coder in hobby project:) i now collect any parts info that could be usable for both current tasks and both for this future hobby project:) an expert systems that learns and has mind body duality but also is at the same time reductionist. its some parts would be holding mind body duality concept and other parts would be reductionist. would try to devise which parts for every ontology area with regards with reading all those things from bboth that philosophical side and both from processes side or optimization or representation side. yayyy i want to have an expert system that studies opengl book on behalf of me and codes my game engine:) ) (and i would like to show that both duality(emergentist) and both reductionist approaches can colive together with also defining that conceptually of such a merged system. but i know it alters the debate's significant topic on those two different thought systems' legitimacy or disputes. i mean its breaking the dispute for merging these two differnt systems in a single project. but actually doesnt solve the dispute maybe. for since even i show to merge in a project, such dispute could still coexist in further computing needs/further complexities to be told. i mean it doesnt solve the dispute my trying to merge them together. and so i guess that debate whether which side is more right in their argument would not be any solvewd by my add on merging approach. one very basic problem of systems' reducability topic. i think might be also modelled searched mathematically. to investigate which approach is more legit. cause i am so much wondering which one is more correct. emergentism? or reductionists? )
----
i have cold. i wish its not corona(i think its because i wore very tight cloth yesterday i felt it were kind of cold). (dont have fever. so most possibly its not corona(wishfully)) feeling super sleepy. lets make another mint tea i guess i need to drink teas alot now.
a very consize definition set/index of process theory : that i want my guh coder to even alter and create new theories in that side furtherly.
but a very nice index as i guess:
Empirical Process Theory and Applications (by Sara van de Geer)
this one is the most famous article i think in information technology area, a very fundamental one:
A device for quantizing, grouping and coding amplitude modulated pulses by Lean G. Kraft Jr.
nice article on giving idea on streamable parts of frameworks designed: streamed LDA:
Software Framework for Topic Modelling with Large Corpora (Radim Rehurek and Petr Sojka)
wandering exploring articles i downloaded 4 years ago, its fun.
yayy this one also is very nice:
Particle MCMC algorithms and architectures for accelerating
inference in state-space models ✩
Grigorios Mingas a, Leonardo Bottolo b, Christos-Savvas Bouganis
inference in state-space models ✩
Grigorios Mingas a, Leonardo Bottolo b, Christos-Savvas Bouganis
some intersting approach for indexing DBMS systems:
Hilbert R-tree: An Improved R-tree Using Fractals
this also very nice index for a specific topic:
Comparison of Filter Based Feature
Selection Algorithms: An Overview
R. Porkodi,
Selection Algorithms: An Overview
R. Porkodi,
ok i went over papers buit then i think there is one resource must i had read the relevant ontology section. so reduced the possible source options to a single resource. (went over all papers i downloaded and all books i bought from my ml folder yupp.)
i think i would sleep for alittle bit more and work to design the indexing parts and ontology def side tomorrrow. i think i can handle to design all those parts tomorrow. but ontology and also semantics part would might change. hmm. SRL surface to semantics representation, this part should be designed tomorrow. i think thats the core part of this problem, all othber parts are very easy but this part is a part i am super unexperienced on and need to study on. so tomorrow more linguistics and graph theory and maybe even bayesian networks review time. hmm indexing sides, i would work on a method based on common used ways initially. but this remaining part should be designed. i think i can handle it tomorrow. this remaining part. for since i am cold and might need to sleep again right now.
so tomorrow i foresee iniitally an ontology 101s. then semantics side. then some indexing methodologies revising and to devise some other part. but more core important part is semantics. cause i need to prove myself that idea is doable that semantics design part and have a design on that side. so i foresee extensive linguistics and ontology 101 studies tomorrow. and some computational counterpart also on inferencing parts.
yuppp rest time for since i am cold.
