i rested for an hour then continuing this arclength domain including integrator study now. i wish i could finalize my simulator's integrtor study today. as told would setup a medium post if it works. to fix all around this verlet integrator like stuffs. i think i called my if possible to build (not sure if i can i would work tonight and maybe tomorrow afternoon on this integrator side) then would code the simulator basics and the integrator part. then i should move to multiple atoms modeling studies and dihedral and angular movement modes and also long range force systems beside lennard james. ok then after those also gets accomplished i would try to simulate the design that i thought. yupp :)
first sunday of holiday:)
ok meanwhile find some notes to study also here for wind turbine's simulator:

i think this is very nice index to get to knw all force systems fom here.

good. i lost sometime with printing some texts my printer works but it works very erronously with constsnt asynching with pc's managemnt interface. but surely much better than having none printer since i like stdying from printed text. i even bought a stapler since its very annoying when pages of printer chapters gets disorganized.
ok i wld continue arc length parmtrztn related study now. i paused that for last couple of hours now would resume.
yayyy i am quite happy about moving the integrator domain to the arc-length based parameterization instead of t based one since it has easier to tackle properties as i mentioned. yayyy gusili integrator is built and would be much better than Verlet or Verlet-Stormer versions :D thanks to Addison Wesley calculus text book for assisting me directing me helping me in this integrator design :) even if i don't design something very intelligent but still, i would have very much issues with just putting verlet integrator to my simulator honestly it just is incomplete and exponentiating errors:S i just would have severe issues with using verlet or verlet/stormer integrator honestly. ok i hadn't studied on arc length taylor expansion yet but i guess it would be more easy to tackle than verlet one (acceleration based on t version). cause i could have insights on how remainder part of that Taylor approximation could be when i integrate on the arc-length based side. i think its late to ccontinue study for today. ok study hasn't drifted from project plan. i planned to finish verlet related optimizations on today but latest on tomorrow last night. i think i managed to come to a good point in study and i think i would manage to accomplish the study on tomorrow with my newly built integrator formulas. that all molecular dynamics people could utilize with better introspection than verlet version one. ok :D i totally believe this gusili integrator would be ready by tomorrow :) yayyy :) ok i hadn't passed last hours very much studying. anyway its holiday its ok to be lazy sometimes. i think i then would manage to start writing basics of simulator on Tuesday with akka clustering/redis stuff. ok. but i think on Tuesday i would also start studying those physical chemistry stuff to know all force systems in molecular engineering stuff. to not miscorrectly create inflexible simulator parts that would be later harder to align to learnt new knowledge. so Tuesday is planned as some cluster code writing maybe some init to the project. then also, but going thoroughly learning all topics related to those links in https://chem.libretexts.org/Bookshelves/Physical_and_Theoretical_Chemistry_Textbook_Maps
so that i don't design the simulator wrongly. i already read some of the force systems there about dipole based ones, or Van der Waals based ones. but i need to learn more. to not do any critical design error regarding simulator's design.
ok :) yuppp :) guh goes to rest :) then wishfully builds the gusili integrator tomorrow :) it has been 23:55 here. rest time for guh. :)
