would do simulation and output in real time some time series data regarding to the outputs of forces/energy situation and positions. 

Then this would be in machine learning algorithms analyzed to devise some algorithms there. 


might first check the nvt like equations and beside would also review molecular dynamics domain knowledge again. 

hmm so its very fun project :) 


might create some external force field randomly in real time to the molecules that are constucted to visualize in webgl graph or some jupyternotebooks style graph library that is 3d. so wqould transfer data  from the openmm simulation to the renderer to see moleculer simulations visually also. 


e.g just also to be able to integrate to the reinforcement learning controller/optimizer, the output files should be possible to be input to following other simulation configuration. 

and meanwhile in tandem data of the movements should be analyzed to get to know some translation/rotation invariant behavior. some analysis of that would happen in real time to see if covalent bionds are breaking up in vicinity of the simulated setting or not. i wonder how it could manage covalent bindings broken output. i wonder its output format. if a molecule breakes to more fine grained pieces, how can it output such data. or does thios tool set does not provide suhc functionality or not, is not yet known since had not studied that much detail yet. 

virtual molecular engineering. but if there were a qm simulator it would have been complete. 


as visible this is quite hobby project. but might figure out some nice data/generative design results. I might come up here saying: hey i figured out how to separate oxygen from carbon monoxide or carbond dioxide that we can use this to reduce co or co2 from atmosphere later. 


first goal is food printer. e.g. to print cellulose/fructose salad. and vitamins also. to create some artificial salad food :) 

but other goals be as such additional stuff like artificial plankton project :) that some moleculatr engineering stuff that cleans the air much efficiently than plants/planktons 


might not any work like planktons or plants either. should be definitely more efficeitn than that to have any huge impact.


there also, we could take this carbon to convert to other stuff like food as mentioned. or any fuel type but then also convert the created outputs byproducts of the combustion of fuel process to again back to carbon with artificial planktons or plants solution. or also to later food.  like how the world's such plant photosyntesis or planktons functions /systems works.  but artificial ones with extended capacity.


i think i really right now wonder the taste of to be printed salad leaves :) it would also include vitamins and maybe more than usual what plants leaves has :)  


it would be a food printer in the space ships.  i saw people already created meat printers to create artificial meat from soya protein. I find soya protein kind of risky in its some hormone i mean if over consumed, is carcinogen. i might follow another protein in that prjects. but i heard there they really created very meat like substitutes from soya protein with food printers. 


i want to print first plant byproducts initially like salad leaves. 





hmm my thermodybnamics chapters related to nvt equations is missing. but the simulator enables to setup either constant temperature constant pressure like setups. so might not needing reviewing thermodynamics study that i left in last or mid to last chapters of. 

and actually thermodynamics is justr an approximation. what happens underlyingly is particle physics of sub atomic particles and plus also usual quantum mechanics, and also coloumnb force and usual energy preservation.  



but there are very weird crystals i heard about that some movmeent happens without needing change of energy. i dont had not understood what were meant with that. does it means does not change in random sampled intervals? i dont know.  i remember such innovation from material science before but just read introduction of. 

anyway. 


hmm coming back to usage of soya protein in meat products, beware dont over consume it has some hormone similar like content that is slightly carcinogen. consume but dont over eat. 

there is a soya protein hype but beware of over consuming that product. it is carcinogen but if only over consumed. in normal consumption level its very healthy.


as i read such info, i stopped buying such products thinking its carcinogen but i dont think normal consumption levels would be any unhealthy. e.g. a portion  per day may be not unhealthy. 



hmm i would try to regenerate original proteins fibers in the meat. thought they are also unhealthy if over consumed. i would do it via this nanotech setup if possible. 


or not. i have no goals of right away that. maybe if this guh wants to do grill in spaceship, food printer could wouold be aalso print that to do grill in space ship. But I m not into that a lot grilling is not my thing. I just mentioned this topic since I recently saw a meat printer product that  from soya protein it prints and were told to be very alike some steak type. Then thought aha food printer is already invented. Or some version of it


 


but let delegate those inventions to coder ai. i mean perfecting the food printer nanotechnology product. lets first build a basical version of it.

i believe we all people might not even have to cook the meat or vegetables. e.g. you would eba blet to provide the grilled level settings, and it would be printed like that. no more cooking food might be necessary :)


but these utopic food printer product : i have no interest to build. would delegate to coder ai project later. to build such setups also to space ships either. so that it would be very comfy life in space ships. with coffee printed/food printed. and endless life time also with future nanobot particle physics proijects where dna/rna are always coded constantly. and there needs to be earth's protectiona gains solar wind style issues against space radiation either. and we could also enhance our body's protection level against radiation via nanobots to have them heal constantly dna mutations when happens. though surely space ship should be also shielded very much. from such space's medium /conditions. 


 space sailors time it would be but i wish i could figure out a possible quantum gravity or such type solution to devise some alternative transportationt ech so that planets gravity wells dont sink down the ships or impact ships designs. or other celestial obsjects gravitation we might shield the ship if we could had alter gravity. maybe possible who knows. lets see later.

i wish the nanobots later also rebuild a new stomach or heal my stomach completely :) or digestive system issues :) but medical usage of nanobots is postponed to period when coder ai is ready :) since needs huge research activity, that which i wish to delegate to coder ai, other else, i wouldnt be able to finish such projects in my life time. since would need both inventions in particle phyusics and huge innvoations in medical devices and plus also would need lots of such innovations. definitely even one such area's innovations would not had fitted to my life time any. so it would surely be delegated to coder ai by then.

its like undefintable fun to have  a simulator and would plyug to a renderer either or might store the data in a time series database for all data e.g. force/positions/energy.

but dont know if this simulator is fine grained enough, e.g. can it break bonds of molecules and provide their outputs like that. if it can't i am very limited in this analysis and would had to switch to another tool. 

but other else this tool seems very modern tool and includes latest optimization methods inherently. so its a very cool simulator product. but it might be not having full functionality still needed e.g. breaking of covalent bindings to get to investigate there and that. 


ok. cool. lets continue cuda installations and lets try to run a sampel openmm simulator project with CUDA yupp. 

then lets get expert in its output format and bind it to a to be downloaded time series db. to first write a renderer that renders it. then also in tandem to that a streaming analysis architecture should be set up that has macvhine learning based evaluators to tie to a reinforcement learning type system to investigate generative design options. but lets iterate one by one. lets first make cuda based simulatoppr run and store the outputs frequentlty with a time series database.

yuppp :) i cant believe i had switched to implementation in a hobby project. this never happent in coder ai project yet :) coder ai proejct is still in stage of: studying to math textbooks to design the maths compiler for a generative again maths design there.


i cant believe i would debug /run some code in this hobby project now :) i missed this hobby p[roject type where you code some code or design some ml algo,  whatver,  i mean implementation side tasks.


its been too much waiting to write any single line of code for coder ai project to have its implementation phase begin. so this is really i mean in such period where side proejct it were impossible to start coding any yet,   being able to start coding in again a hobby project feels very awesome:)
