I tried to find some scary movie to create adrenalin instead found nonscary & stupid haunted themed tv docs which hadnt watched afterwards couldnt find interesting any.


is there any scary movie that i could watch to make adrenalin. 

since i discover that adrenalin created one neurotransmitter is mother of all neurotransmitters. (what were it Glatamonine like but forgot it ) 


or I should do bungee jumping or rollercoaster or so. 

or i should do have very cold water shower which they say also creates adrenalin.


i think i find horror movie option very unpleasant. I mean very scary horror movies. professional, musics also being very scary. 

then 

and I checked the haunted docu series all of them (checked if there were any interesting) nah all were very uninteresting, did not watched after 1 minute seeing its chapter/what about with forward button and couldnt find any to watch thats interesting any. all seem very quite uninteresting. 


then i think also listening high tempo music is said to also create adrenalin. i might follow that. 


ok i dont believe adrenalin would help. but in the start of the meditation the person does some breath exercise to visibly increase neurotransmitters (adrenalin based) and i cant do it/follow it.


what else i could do to momentarily increase adrenalin before meditation. have no idea. 

if i go to cold bath then adrenalin effect of it would pass. before meditation. 

i cant do bungee jumping neither. 


hmm what to do to increase my neurotransmitters.

hmm i think most feasible listening some loud music in headphones as one article said on things to do to increase adrenalin.
