hmm yesterday thought more of how hebbian system could create universe eigenstate value changes.

that I had not deciphered yet very much. 

specifically this I think like that: ->that hebbian quantum state of mind is slower quantum system.

e,g., universe flickers less frequently to mind (I mean clusters of neural net populations in mind) since its slower changing   quantum system there.

but for everything else, i guess universe can flicker very abruptly. i mean from one eigenstate to other possibly.  or not. I dont know. to investigate later.

but I wondered of: 

e.g  my mind's cluster of neural nets neural populations have some quantum state of its hebbian mechanism there: ->

then another person comes. then e.g. let think of a place. a person sits. another person also comes there.

the mind of person A's mind's neural net populations connected clusters hebbian states flicker (universes flicker) slowwwwwwly. -> ok?

now same for B person there? 

ok?

B's is also alike.

then the for instance there is a chair there.  the chairs atoms systems flicker among various universe alternatives constantly but not visible to A or B. (since eye organ does not have such perception capability). 

so chair actually has a very abrupt constant universes flickering situation of multiverse's universes.

but we see it as a static standing there chair, but in quanta scale, universes abruptly changes. according to eigenstates. of universes of multiverse.

then  ---> A has some exerting universe effect through neural net populations clusters in his/her mind.

Then --> B 

B also and A also, all atoms of them abruptly changes various possible universes of multiverse. but not visible to neither A or B.

then --> among that quanta scale atoms fermions mesons there or even less quanta scales, then there is macro quantum systems also ->

the mind's neural net populations clusters quantum states. 

they seem to have macro quantum states. of different eigen values. but its somehow slowly flickering for cluster of neural nets populations in mind.

its due to its hebbian mechanistics that mind's universe system is slower changing eigenstates.

and since A and B both have this change of universe power to many many universes, of course their shared power also reacts. I mean there the Jung has had concept of -> collective consciousness right?

seems as this is not incorrect at all imho. I dont know if its to be called consciousness though.

but the exerted universe alteration power of A and exerted universe alteration power of B -> either conflicts or not. but this A to B universe alteration power interaction could be considered as  a Jungian concept. 

then in that slower change of eigenstates of universe location of A and B  maybe the slowness is also partially coming from this Jungian concept. and most posisbl;y most of slowness coming from the hebbian mechanism's dynamics.

so there by, we live in a partially solipsist world.

there is really something like collective consciousness also, though I wont be fastly able to say it as consciousness either. but rather extesion of hebbian mechanisms of per every individual to universe.

or the universe alteration force exerted by every hebbian system of every individual.

This is how it is imho.
