->  120 iq points type low iqqueds usually have quite a lot hubris and very delusional untrue thoughts/thinking devices working quite alot also delusionally  (this is my opinion based on these low iq observance in web) 

this is one more reason why we wish to setup 140 iq poitns least as entry to citizenship of our new planets.

we wish to setup Renaissance type polymath type entry thresholds as citizenship entry critesion. All of human residents should be polymaths. (since maniacs crazies do not come from polymaths, aka people over 140 iq intelligence level do not have maniacs nor crazies.  and people over 140 iq are usually knowledgeable not in single science field but many areas and never comes maniacs or crazies from polymaths (aka people over 140 iq points usually be polymaths).)

No to Islam! or No to any other religion either! (this be our second foundation principle of new worlds/new colonies. that would be like utopia of high iqqued people. since we are sick and tired of severe types of craziness/maniacness of low iqqued people in this world and their also religious craziness etc. e.g. massacres created by religious crazies like horrific news etc. we are just sick and tired of reading news of religious craziness happening in this world. :S so we decided this to be our colonies second principle: -> no to Islam! nor no to any other religions either! )
