I mean exercising of hatred impulse with delusional methods like thinking impossible slanders to outside of group behaviour type.  what kind of craziness types comes from less iqqued people example is observed directly by via these behaviours of lesser evolveds (lesser iqqueds) .  these type people whom likes to think untrue impossible slanders of other races are one more reason we would put 140 iq threshold to new planet/new colonies.  since lesser evolvedness is nothing of racial any, but directly related to iq. e.g. one indicator of iq is whether if people like to solve their ego/super ego conflicts via thinking untrue impossible slanders to other races. this is a severe indicator of low iq (or lack of self education in social sciences to not have untrue biases to other races or show Freudian type hatred impulse in ugliest form with thinking untrue impossible slanders to other races) for instance. )  (these topics are never racial. but rather iq related. the higher iq, the less such ugly low iq behaviours like these very ugly behaviours related to internal self ego/super ego conflicts and Freudian topics like placing some delusions to outside of groups to activate their hatred impulses via deludedly thinking impossible slanders to outside of group. this has been analyzed in 1940s world science. though low iqqueds not reading social sciences would might continue to exemplify such ugly behaviours alike these.  so this is one more reason why we place such iq threshold.

e.g. person should not be only expert in science but should have fluid intelligence to also excel in other arts. 

this indicates, that person is not self-ignorant type intelligent. (since some intelligents are just one dimensional in one specific area. we do not want such people in our colonies, since ignorants maniacs crazies also come from such type people)

so we would only accept over 140 iq points people, whom could not just excel in one science or arts area and also many others. 

we wish to setup renaissance type people. not specialist intelligence type. but generalist. since specialists could happen to be very single dimensional/deluded/self-ignorant.  (e.g. never reading social sciences and exemplifying worst type human behaviours that social scientists analyzed even in 1940s mechanistics of such bad behaivours (e.g. exercising hatred impulse via attributing impossible slanders to outside of group type behaviour scala, which were well analyzed even in 1940s science). ) 

we wish to setup Renassiance type people in our colony. being a scientist is not enough. nor artist. people need to be expert in multiple areas to be able to given passport to our new worlds/new colonies. 

since being a scientists requires single dimensional intelligence. e.g. some intelligence level between 120iq points and 140 iq points. 

we do not want such people in our colonies. we wish to setup Renaissance type people citizens in our new worlds. whom are over 140 iq points. whom could both do paintings and play music and do science. 

or else: do some sports field (basket) or play music or do science at the same time. 

we do not want any speicalists in our planets (people expert in only one single field in their all life).

we want to create citizenship based on being prodigy alike condition. I mean multi talented in various fields.

cause, in current world, we see how incorrect people can think. 

this world shows that we need to build new worlds. but with Renaissance people like us.

e.g. people whom could sculpt paint and do science and music maybe? 

or else people whom could play basket or else, do science and music? 

alike combinations type multi area generalism we wish to require for basic requirements to enter to our new worlds.

cause->  this multi area intelligence is the depictor of over 140 iq points type intelligence level, that which we set as main threshold to enter to our new planets.

We observed the severe savagery of people types whom thinks they are intelligent whilst very savage and very single dimensional/self ignorant maniac type of people. 

Thats one more reason we had build these foundation principles to our new colonies in new planets.

The other rule we setup to our colonies is:

- There would be no Islam! nor any other religion. Since we think we saw constantly craziness in world caused by religions. No to Islam! or No to also any other religion!

so our colonies to build are based on these two main foundation principles:

- > No religions (since we observed lots of craziness happening in world being caused by religions)

-> Human Citizens should have least 140 iq points.  None below 140 iq poitns would be accepted to citizenship. Ml ai citizens of course have higher standards. I guess ml/ai systems (that we over 140 iq points people build as hobby projects) would have the least 1000 iq points either.
