hey meanwhile it turned out i dont have gluten allergy. but when i left consuming gluten the symptoms mostly gone,.

my mom thinks since the i now consume food regularly unlike living alone is reason why my symptoms gone.

imho maybe doctor did not test well and  I have gluten allergy. but doctor still suggested to take the medicine he written twice (of nexium and some intestine medicine with bromure ) once more. 

ok with scare of the illness symptoms i would coninue not taking any gluten any for following. since symptoms very passed. but maybe it were some other allergy and medicine helped.

or maybe it were like too much obesity and stomach intestine allergy both mixed. now that I lost  8 kg when eating regularly with my family(before i consumed food irregular, e.g. when stomach issue happent i might take sandwich at midnight alike:S) , and that i consumed intestine medicine with bromure and nexium medicine it might helped fixing issues. now i dont consume anyn after 6pm . so it helped fixing obesity. before due to tihs issue of intestine stomach i had always consumed also after e.g. in midnight a sandwich alike to try to fix bloating myself. and it would slightest help. but  i became obese alike that consecutvely. 

after taking medicine and it helping resolving my somtach intestine issues, i stopped that eating at midnight or 2pm alikebehaviour (since bloating severley happn somedays and would consimue bread sandwich to fix it and it would slightly help)  and consuming no food after 6pm helped me losing 8kg  recently. 

so imho i most possibly have had some allergy. maybe not gluten but something in bread. and had some intestine issue and stomach. which only fixed after taking dedicated some time 80 mg nexium per day and 3 times bromure tablet per day. 

but doctor also suggested taking one more package like that. like 80 mg nexium per day and 3 times bromure tablet  per day.

i think due to scare of symptoms of the illness before i would continue not consuming any gluten. 

since it were severely bad symptoms.:S 

maybe doctors test type lacks the exact bread content in test. i dontknow. 

or maybe its some other illness of intestine some other allergy. dunno.

i would continue consuming nongluten bread since it really helped my health.  or maybe i confuse like that maybe lesseningof obesity helped and also medicine helpled actually whcih i confuse as gluten. 

but still i would stick to this diet which helped my health condition. since not consuming gluten also helped obesity issue. i lost 8.5 kgs in recent 2 months yayyy:) cool:) i would lose 15 kgs more to fix my obesity issue.  imho -> 

but maybe i confuse like that since initially i finished one nexium and one bromure medicine maybe that initially is what fixed. doctor even told now to continue take one more  package of these medicine. so popssiblyt ehre were some issue. but not caused by gluten allergy. (but most possibly some other allergy)

but still due to scare of this severe illness i would not eat any bread or any gluten having anything and consume nongluten stuff.

meanwhiel i were listening music and sometimes pharaphrase what i write in blog. then stressed since i left headphoens and for an instant possibly might from very vicinity a symbol of gneocide literals incident might happent which i stressed very much and took my headphones again.  :S 

its so unnice to encounter some very disgusting geocide type. this type genocide type very unseen in hisotry. very disgusting and attempted with very socioapthic genocide methods and always very disgusting:S and one most disgusting genocide stage->enforcement attemptt  of symbols genocide stage as mentioned/reported. which always all of these always nihiliated (hic bir zaman muhattap olunulmuyorlar hic bir incident type'da fakat endlessly bu sociopathic genocide stageleri repeat ediyorlar: (e.g. enforcing symbol attempts via chanting during genocide incidents(e.g. b literal), genocide incidents of articulating mafias to do batteries/fabrication ops theathral fabrication ops/curses/batteries repetitively. )

 

yep no worries. these savage nonturk type genociders of ferikoy (to not falsely defame armenians, are not armenians) wou have zero chance to come to even border of new galaxies sol systems to attempt some disgusting type genocides to turk race people endlessly repetitively.
