Sometimes rarely to get over ADD / ADHD whilst studying to papers, I like to listen metal music of which i dont even understand lyrics of  (due to my listening skills is not good in english)  (e.g.  metal  genres I sometimes listen when i am bored of listening other music genres like classical music/epic rock etc) 

i found one such trash metal group by chance and dunno other similar genres. 

it weirdly helps alleviate add adhd when having severe add adhd when studying to papers. 

as mentioned, when having given break to reading papers /msc books or phd books, then whilst trying to resume the project/reading studying a couple of days really i have severe add/adhd issues. I usually alleviate it with music e.g. finding an epic rock music i had not listened before. this time i am also bored of epic rock/instrumental rock music and this time i try out  metal genres to help alleviate focus issue (add/adhd issue) not that i even understand lyrics of. (I usually dont listen songs due to lyrics but just for music)  most time i dont even understand english songs lyrics when listening and not having read from lyrics site. 

 currently my music genre's music(I usually also dont listen songs due to lyrics usually listen to music of)  is kind of weird music( metal). but really its required to alleviate add/adhd problem currenetly. since i am bored of listening epic rock/soundtrack musics/classical music to  either rest or alleviate add/adhd. 

i sometimes just cant focus without music sometimes to papers I have that much add/adhd laziness focus issues sometimes. specifically i think its like, my brain gets used to lazier mode (of not reading papers/msc books etc ) and it has issue in getting used to studying e.g. i think couple of days would be kind of hard to me (in terms of add/adhd/focus issues) when resuming to studying to ml algos project (after a month pause to ml algos project) and its necessary studying (e.g. currently need to finalize this epistemology formalizations readings and then revisit reread topos  to then finalize the incomplete NLP structs translation to topos based knowledge graphs design study, yep i would need to revisit also topos bookand might also read this new book of temporal type theory for type theoretic stuff of Lof but this time with more topos i guess which the previous book also mentions such various formal systems alternatives. 

i think i would find alternative also other  metal genres to help finish this kind of lots of add/adhd period of finalizing this  topos level and one more ontology level of epistemological level and trying to make sure the logic systems is plugin/modular (changeable) (with intuition of intuitionistics maths people's philosophy of interchangeable logic modules definition sets capability)
