hey good morning people! this guh's daily plan be as:
- continueing inventory/crafting system of planet 3954 game,
- yesterday had slightly started to investigate widget system of unreal widget editor. (and its yet again very nicely crafted )
- today I wish I could finalize the main menu design.
hmm lets not tackle topics topic after topic. lets first finish the menu/crafting system. then life forms spawning ai integration etc. and game logic of collecting molecules from crystals or such matters etc etc. (and crafting system) (e.g. tokamak would require H atoms. then the avatar would require to collect e.g. ice crystals to then separate H with some molecule splitter tech device. then use tokamak device to craft megaTeV batteries which would then power the QFT wise printer device to create atoms and molecules and matter from quarks/bosons etc. ) so the tokamak would power the QFT printer. (Which would require megaTeV batteries) so this be the intiial game logic I thought. of having a tokamak device (artifical sun)to craft megaTeV batteries required for QFT printer device (which creates even higgs boson (matter from void :) ) )
by then the time frame in planet 3954, these are very rudimentary technologies.
maybe molecule splitter and tokamak might be on same machine(or not). since to generate molecules with QFT device does not need to require many passes of machines i think.
but I think there we might also have elements crystals spread which does not require QFT printer very require printing function of matter (and higgsboson) I mean user might also have direct approach to collect crystals from planet instead of using megaTeV batteries in QFT printer. (with less TeV batteries, cuold also generate print matter with existing molecules collected)
hmm i think this game logic seems logical right? ok then.
so I would try to code the inventory and crafting system today. some very basic logic and initial version of.
that after than would switch to ai integration for spawning hostile life forms. when wanderng in planet to collect crystals/elements etc.
in a planet, would require to even destroy the artificial sun (of alike overloading phaser devices in star trek universe) and in effect also teleporter device in such condition) -> the habitat would be exposed to life forms of the planet which if they discover to run the teleporter device, they might go to all habitat environments risking all planetary habitat system alike.
so in one planet task to astronaut would be overloading (with a spectacular tokamak explosion ) artifical sun to mitigate risk of life forms there going to exposed habitat and using teleportation device. (lets add such excitement to the game where astronaut feels the stress of hostile life forms being entering habitat environment and risk of using teleportation device)
artifical sun would not create super nova of course. but would disable the teleportation device function.
the astronaut would run with teleportation device before tokamak device wents off. (overloads)
then the galaxy wise engineering systems would some time later regenetate the habitat station there and teleportation station becoming avail again.
yep, this be the initial version of story line of this space survival genre.
if astronaut fails in accomplishing the disablement of teleportation device in such exposed habitat, then the hostile life forms would go teleport to other habitats. :) then think of the stress level when you teleport to a habitat station then directly stare to a hostile life form wandering in habitat :)
e.g. to such life form -> (think of the stress factor) (not as stressful as alien covenant movie, but still somewhat stressful alike alien covenant movie :S)
for these topics, like already generated megaTev batteries , CO filter for exosuit(degrades in time), or oxygen nitrogen mixture (air generator) of exosuit, or defense weapons against hostile life forms or making sure exposed habitats are fixed type topics would be also be in game purchasable stuff (beside generation by crafting) or elements or such technological boxes with such things alike all space survival genre games. (yepsince i do create this game to create income to fund ml algos project to then invent warp tech. which is not a very challenging topic to very severely intelligent type engineers(intelligent in engineering). yep. )
