in a sci fi tv show   i heard such phrase. in a distant planet. there is always tyrants in galaxy which tries to attack people superior to them. 

so just because we have engineering skill wise superiority means we are attack target to this unknown tyrant(which controls articulates a global spectre) unknown foreign elite (most possibly a nonengineer person this unknown sociopathic person must be to attempt various stages untrue propaganda types to engineer people's skilled ones)  which attempts untrue propaganda fraud to attempt to hrm with untrue propaganda methods. 

we anticipate that the unknown foreign elite that articulates these spectre forces suffer from significant low iq consdition along with some worst form of sociopathy-psychopathy mental disorder types. so when i heard such phrase, of "there in every galaxy there is tyrants that attacks to people superior to them".   I nodded. yep we have such unknown foreign tyrant  also in this galaxy. (which we dont know anything about. we have no knowledge of the tyrant with spectre/which organizes articulates untrue propaganda fraud immensely with a global spectre of mafias/terrsts it articulates to attempt to frame/smear slander untruly with untrue propaganda methods. )
