hmm i think i need to continue coding the plugin but i think code of has been near to be testable situation on computer.
hmm there is missing code some what. which i added //tbd comments to add. but not much indeed.
so tomorrow would extensively start testing on computer.
then if all issues fixed, would start kubernetes scripts etc etc.
yep so tomorrow i think would alot be again coding and testing alike.
i think i would also add later more environments and would move the game to newest unreal versions and then add more environments which newer technologies in new version has.
*e.g. much better than speedtree environments enabled by engine's one feature.
hmm the thing about this game is that its a genre of many games, would be battle passes of specific game versions from website. so yep so initially releasing game and making it somewhat known and then creating battlepasses alike. where it wont be something like DLC enabled packaging but full game version download alike. for battle pass game versions. and they would not be compatible to original game versions either. but the plugin architecture would enable that.
why i had not added dlc mechanism? cause i dont have currently time to spend to async loading mechanisms for 3d resources to be added in newer game versions. etc. thats a thing i hadnt learnt yet in unreal and but i currently dont want to spend time to it since not required.
i dont think it wont be issue that entire game is downloaded for battle passes since game itself is not very much gb (its 4 gb or so as far as i remember, its like a battle pass alike entire game is) so i dont think dlc like features is required now. (but if it were a game of 100gb alike, i guess surely dlc would be requried)
most recent games are like 100gb or 150gb. so they have then in default dlc mechanisms. (since downloading a 150gb battle pass wont be nice)
so if i could finish some basic testable functions testing on tomorrow then could code kubernetes scripts /helm charts and then test in vagon computer desktop systems the plugin i coded. and fix issues if there happens.
