yep today starts!
since my mom complains about not having money to travel etc or her ideas/wishes, I reinsisted selling bureau to have my mom accomplish her wishes/desires alike which sometimes she gets in a complain mode. e.g. she wishes to make built a kis bahcesi sometime but she does not even think of that, since she cant spare any money to herself personally but rarely hardly goes gecinmek alike. or she might wished to travel alike but again she cant spare money to that. since she does not have money to spare to herself alike. but roughly gecinmek alike every month.
so guh's plan -> sell bureau. meanwhile mom's knee heals. then arrange traveling to mom e.g. canada relative visit or maybe even egypt alike authentic places or authentic places in Turkey or touristic authentic places in Turkey alike Marmaris Kas etc etc. (mom and dad's only holiday concept for a lot while were visiting to yelken hamlet (due to my dad's holiday concept being that and since mom couldnt spare herself income from expenses to arrange holidays in holiday polaces) so she wishes to go to stay at hotels at marmaris and kas alike places which she last time did 30 years ago i think. )
Mom's complain minutes made me some such upsetness then I called emlakci to investigate whether if we could sell bureau on sahibinden.com to then get mom accomplish her dreams which she since couldnt accomplish her dreams, sometimes complains so. (due to economic issues, due to silly relative (whom is in a silly mode of not finding job at electric engineering topics but works as an uber worker, silly very stupid thing to do right? and then since everymonth takes money from mom silly funny :) its no problem for me either since i dont have alot wishes but rather projects wishes like warp invention. but mom is like 70/71 and she has wishes to do so. but she cant since she cant spare anything to her self although she has income, everymonth sesnds to relative since relative can not gecinmek alike :) silly relative. why does not he apply jobs at electric electronics engineering funny :) ) but constantly taking money from mom every month, she cant spare money to do her dreams alike) then whilst she were again complaining I had done this selling bureau idea again of then sending my mom to travel.
so today starts with taking bureau from emlakci and checking to sell bureau in sahibinden.com due to above reasons to create some income to start make mom capable of accomplishing her wishes. she can never spared money to herself alike alot most time late life. due to my relative constantly asking money from them due to my silly relative being silly alike :). and because they hadnt had alot income before either in their post retirement life alike. so then thats it. why she couldnt accomplish retired life people's life where retired people usually travel etc or she cant spare money her self's wishes due to constantly calculating her income/in a rough economic situation every once a month and someitmes she complains and when she complained today, i reinitated selling bureau idea so that mom starts doing accomplishing her wishes alike. e.g. traveling some e.g. visiting relative in canada. or going to a staying place at antalya or marmaris kas alike places to have holiday alike. etc etc. some traveling I mean. to her relax. have some holiday after some challenging times. some relax holiday time alike whcih she cant do herself since currently economically not capable.
and also we have some payments to do like lent money from gonul last month. or some other similar stuff. so then today we would then also since we couldnot find buyer to bureau from emlakci, we would check out selling bureau from sahibinden.com. alike idea i thought. since I just this miinute can not create income to mom from my to create income project (to fund warp/ml algos project) maybe 2 weeks later maybe week later i might create income maybe dunno. but lets then sell bureau right. so that mom relaxes some (she complains so she seems as needs some holiday/relax time right or thats her right i mean already but its my silly relative silliness of asking money everymonth reason of she spare moneyt to herself her wishes (like traveling) but she sometimes complains so thats very solvable issue with selling bureau. so that issue is resolved. so that mom spares money to herseslf and travels. yep simple fix right? so that mom relaxes and becomes capable of accomplishing her wishes alike yep) . has some holiday. since she had some challenging times before. and she cant do anything she wishes to since cant spare any money to herself alike.
so reason i had reprioritized selling bureau idea so that yep like due to above mentioned reasons. to have mom be capable of accomplishing her wishes.
right now i cant support her economically myself. maybe my one project succeeds to create some income and i can support her also to travel or accomplish her wishes. but currently i cant. and when she complained I insisted and created a fuss about momentarily that she is unnecessairly upset and then lets sell bureau alike.
she is seems some times lost in depressive mode of thinking of constant complaining for 7 or 8 minutes alike with unnecessary upsetness to her issues which could be simply fixed by selling bureau right. (maybe her upsetness is due to some challenging life before of economic issues in post retirement's later period etc etc and she never stops complaining of my relative's silly behaviour of doing uber job whilst is electric electronic and she i think is upset to that silly upsetness)
but mom is like funnily she has nice income but then she sends some of it to relative and then she roughly gecinmeks afterwards. to me its no issue, since i dont have wishes like traveling or so or i dont have wishes that requires money alike. e.g i mean of course I have some default expense. e.g. 100 dollar to cloud systems costs alike currently, maybe even 10000tl behind that. but other wise i dont have any expense wishes alike. last time i wished something to spare some expense were buying some study desk since were required for my health. but otherwise I dont have wishes like to travel or to buy clothes or to buy expensive phones or so. my expenses are to my projects. e.g. printing books last time took 2.450 tl alike. (actually it were 3800tl but i reduced one book then thought lets print one of th ebooks following motnh to not create alot expense to this month) so myrelative asking money from mom everymonth is no issue to me and very happy we could help. since i myself have not alot to spend money indeed. but for mom its different in the sense, she is 70. she wishes to travel (since my dad's only travel concept were going to hamlet as holiday :) ) she last rtime went to toursitic places maybe 30 years ago (again due to my dad's funny holiday concept being only going to yelken hamlet) and she cant spare even 1 tl to herself usually due to funny economic condition although she has nice income. she hadnt traveled world alike or Turkey alot for holiday before and she wishes to and she can't economically. so she is frustrated and I can understand. since its her right and its wrong that due to my silliness of my relative mom cant accomplish any of her wishes in her life and hardly gecinmek. she is right to be frustrated (although she is also happy to help relative but at the same time frustrated that my relative does such silliness of working with uber job and not finding a job in electric electronics engineering. very silly) but there is the simple solution. selling bureau so that my mom can go travel/relax with going to holiday. maybe some hotel stay at antalya or marmaris or kas. or some visiting relatives at canada like world travelign. or maybe even going to egypt to see pyramids. I wish she does these type of activities and lives her life better whilst my dad's only travel concept were going to hamlet. although again due to my relative's expenses my dad also wished to go to travel places like antalya or marmaris or kas but in post retirement due to reduced income at some time and some expenses andso my dad also couldnt travel alike silly dad.
but to this economic trouble -->
but there is the simple fix-> selling the bureau office at city. yep. simple as that. and today wishfully i would be able to get key of bureau and place in sahibinden com. i would make its price like something like 1600000 tl (since its like in the center one place of iskenderun although but issue of its that its 40m2 and people usually buy larger sqm2 bureaus thats the i think why emlakci couldnt find buyer maybe. but maybe we could find buyer to bureau on sahibinden.com maybe. yep. ) and maybe we could sell it to 1500000tl. then we could if mom has money inbank, we could apply visa to canada to her mom travel there (world travel) then in summer we could send mom to antalya or marmaris a holiday at a nice hotel to have her stay at a holiday place. then we could also even arrange a tour to travel visit egypt touristic places. yep this is what I thought upon this topic. yep. so after noon guh has task of going to emlakci and talk whether if we could place in sahibinden.com whilst its key also there. or else if not taking key from there and placing at sahibinden.com the bureau to check out if we could sell there so that due to above reasons. yep.
