 i were so sick and went to doctor and told all symptoms including high tension and said there is pharangitis and also reflux and also provided gaviscon.  then my mom were also sick turned out she also has allergic pharangitis  caused asthma.  so even if i had no kind of energy, since both mom and I are sick, I commutted us to doctor (hmm family doctor) which then very hardly commutted to medicine shop to buy medicine.  so today I am very sick alike

yep now time to start day with resuming study to topoi book.  but then turned out my tension is 141-87. time to first get some garlic pomelo shaddock stuff. Yep

 yep my sistolic pressure were 138 to diastolic 89  now after drinking some remedy (garlic juice drink) (hmm some  its 120 to 97 diastolic) weird the systolic nicely decreased to normal levels but now diastolic is too high. lets now also drink some other remedy.  gosh I would now make some pomelo juice also.  hmm i stopped consuming any coffee. and meanwhile the sistolic pressure when fixed the hurting of blood vessels momentarily at sometimes i think has passed.  but now diastolic is too high. nevertheless time to now get again some remedy. some pomelo juice and some such juice again.  I think garlic really works to reduce systolic very well. I mixed pomelo+garlic alike. then also made some potassium having juice drink afterwards. these helped reduced today's still on going high tension crisis.  yayyy my systolic is resolved.  but still diastolic too high.  hmm now second remedies. I think for a while I would really focus on this health...

 yep today got up early. yesterday all spared without studying to ml algos project. (e.g. since grandma guests/kazim visit etc ) wish today I study to ml algos project to invent asap warp project to guard planet against aliens evil type.
